Welcome to SwipeLoop (hereinafter, 'the Service' or 'the Platform'). These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of our website and AI carousel generation services.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these points, please do not use the Platform.

1. Service Description

SwipeLoop is a digital platform that allows users to create and customize digital carrousels using Artificial Intelligence. Access to Marca or Premium features requires a subscription or one-time payment.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it is the legal seller of the digital product, appears on your bank statement and receipt, and is responsible for payment processing, taxes (VAT/GST), fraud, chargebacks, and PCI compliance. 3. Content Ownership

You retain intellectual property rights over the input and content generated by the Service using your brand assets. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your content solely for providing the service.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

5. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

To use the Service, you must be of legal age. You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes or to send offensive content.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to produce images, copy, and carousels from your prompts and references. (a) Generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, or biases — review it before publishing. (b) We do not guarantee accuracy, exclusivity, or freedom from coincidental similarity with third-party works. (c) You are responsible for the content you generate and for not infringing IP, trademark, image, or applicable laws. (d) Do not upload images of people without their explicit consent. (e) Generating deepfakes, explicit sexual content, violent or discriminatory material, or content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts is prohibited. (f) Your prompts and assets are sent to external AI providers (e.g. OpenRouter, Fal.ai) under their own policies; do not use them for sensitive or confidential data.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Subscription → Danger zone. Deletion is permanent: we delete your carousels, brands, credits, and Storage assets. For accounting requirements we retain billing events from our payment provider (without editable personal data) and waitlist records for up to 12 months. Active subscriptions must be canceled before deleting the account.

8. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the city of Paraná, Entre Ríos, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
